It was more a general question since I see variations of it with many girls. Not asking for a judgement on this girl, but it was a very strong example.

When I seen "Dear Honey Chip", I throw up a little in my mouth. But I'm thinking this is just how it comes through the curtain to me and it doesn't prove she is a scammer.

Guy if you are persuaded that she is real and not a scammer, why do you come hear to ask our opinions ? We have seen tons of people coming here to find some validation on their fantasy.

My Partner Forever  « on: August 25, 2010, 09:42:02 AM »    Thought I would share some recent experiences wrapping up my involvement with this "agency". In reality it is a Canadian facade in the form of a website that essentially offers profiles from a number of agencies in Ukraine and other FSU nations. They put their stamp on the photos, offer links to existing services and, of course, increase the cost of each of these services; some of which can be found directly and more cheaply by going to a website run by the actual agency on the ground. In addition to inflating the cost of the services, MPF claims to monitor or have "verified" profiles. In my experience I ran into the usual slew of unsolicited letters from nubiles who apparently ignore their own age guidelines or seek geriatric partners for the thrill. I ran into two "pro letter writers". The first occurred early on and was actually one of my prime go to meet ladies, but when I tried to move our correspondence to email outside the site, she faded away. The most recent flurry came just prior to my coming to Ukraine - I'm typing this on my last night in Kiev, with my flight leaving early in the morning. I wrote back and forth for a week or so. "Anna" was quick to suggest we had known one another in a previous life and now that she had found me, happiness was at hand. "Great luck" I told her, because I'm going to be in Ukraine in a few days, what magical timing!! Most of you can guess what happened next.....she stops writing......days go by (previously she had been pumping out a letter a day) and finally I get a one sentence reply "Busy at work, can't see you....". So I spent my last few credits sending her a page of " $#&* you scammer" and a photo of my middle finger extended. No need to translate as I posted my letter in Russian and the photo, well, that speaks a universal language I think. Juvenile, perhaps? Satisfying? You bet.

One the upside of it all, I think I hit a home run with one of my pen pals whom I just spent the last week with in Sumy. And of course, she gave me email and cellphone # long ago, so I could enjoy communication with a human being and not a money sucking parasite masquerading as Cupid reborn.

So there we are . . . .

-------------------------
Hello There, this is my story:

I asked for the personal email of a woman on another web dating site. That woman almost came close to not answering me but later on she agreed to give me her email address and received my photo. She only wrote me once with a letter and then did not show any interest to continue.

I went over to the MyPartnerForever site and found the same woman that I had previously written a letter to through the web dating site I just mentioned. She had her profile on both websites.  With this same woman I already had her supposed personal email, and had written several letters and did send my photo.

However Via or through MypartnerForever she answered me on the very next day, so fast! With a
lovely letter and that she was very interested in me, bla, bla, bla...and, surprise, asking for my photo. ..... But, at the same time, she revealed to not know anything about me!!! She never even heard about me.

This means that when you write to a woman through the site MyParnerForever, it is not that woman that answers you. This also means that the personal address you buy may be also false!

So move on to the sites where people can exchange email addresses and everything they want. My thoughts and results show the fact that MypartnerForever IS A BIG FRAUD, and that they buy photos from women that never will know or hear about you.

Give it up, guys. Chip's already done the 'math'. He already had numerous conversation with these ladies and assuring him they are real....

The only thing left to do is help him out with info about travel/tickets to Ukraine so he can meet up with his 'cute' gal.

To Chip:

The portion of the email you posted above is not dictation. It's a typical cut and paste form letter. These are not at all the words of the girl whose photos you're looking at. Agency workers often collect phrases from love letters across the internet to create their standard replies and insert "Dear <your name>" and at times custom answers to specific questions asked.

"Moreover, I feel safe and happy with you. You are the one who seems understand me completely."

That was lifted from a love letter posted on several blogs.

Chip,

You seem to be a smart man, so I do not understand why you can not see the fallacy.  I guess you are rationalizing because you have already spent much money following an obvious charade.  Believe what your gut and everyone here at RWD are telling you.

I will elaborate:

The agency I am using, MyPartnerForever....

I do not know this agency; however, it uses a pay-by-letter business model.  Almost all of its income derives from correspondence, not from meetings.  In fact very few of the men writing letters will ever take a trip.  The agency knows this, and the women who did not fall off a turnip truck also know this.   The goal is to entrap the men into believing they are corresponding directly with beautiful women and building a romantic relationship.

The women have titillating photos.  The women's words are romantic.   It is a business.  And this business is dying.  Unfortunately it is not dead as exemplified by your report.

Quote
Now I ask each one, for no more reason than I like to know how my letters are being handled. They span the spectrum. Those with internet at home and a knowledge of English need none of this.

Highly doubtful unless the woman is average looking and new to the scheme.  The store front women (the gorgeous babes showing cleavage)  have received letters from 100 men.  Such women have no time to read these letters, especially knowing that none probably will take a trip.  If a man takes a trip, the woman will go on the obligatory first meeting.  If she is honest, she will say "no further interest."  If she is a pro dater she will separate the man from his money.

Those without internet at home can go to the agency to use their computers and read a translated copy then write back in Russian to me which is translated.

Again highly doubtful.  I spent a couple of afternoons in Cindy Agency's office.  I recall only three women coming to the office, all to meet  a man prearranged by the agency, and none to read letters.   One of the three women came back the next day and expressed a complaint about the low quality of the men she met through the agency. :D

Or if they live to far away they will use the dictation.

The vast majority fall in this category, except it is not dictation.  Dictation suggests an exact word-by-word letter.  Nope.  After reading the man's letter, the interpreters took brief notes (maybe 10-20 words) and then wrote the response.   Much of it has to be canned or the words of someone good with spinning a story.

I assert that none of the "dictation" ladies you have corresponded with have seen  photos of you.

Quote
I will not have perfect information on this agency until I have actually met one or more of the girls and connected all the dots.

There is no need to prove the obvious.    Here are three  reports already filed about your particular agency:

If you search more, you will find many more complaints.

What to Do?

Clearly you have written multiple letters to many women.  The agency loves you.  This is how they make their money.  What do you want to do?  Continue the charade or meet some sincere women?

You have invested some money.  To continue your probe yet minimize further expenditures,  select about three and tell them that you are coming to meet them next month.  See what they say.  Do not start any correspondence with new ladies.

More important, write to a few RW on the free sites.  Compare their response rate with the agency women response rate.  What does that tell you? Also compare the style of writing, and please tell us how many women from the free sites write romantic mush to you.

Interestingly enough, the Ripoff Report is blocked here in Ukraine.  I am familiar with it in the US.  Any thoughts?

I have not used the services of agencies. But if I had such a sweet letter from a man, I thought that this scammer or a professional poet. You just have to talk on Skype and everything will be clear. It may be that it is written pimmo those who call themselves professionals. Or she really wants to show what she is romantic and gentle. You just need to talk on Skype.
