Varies, there are ways around it if you aren't of high social status in the West. A guy of lower social status can gain an attractive FSW and keep her if he goes and lives out there, that then removes the risk of other local men back home.

Back home in the West it may be possible even for a guy if low social status to get and keep hold of a Ukrainian wife, but that can depend on the girl, how she feels about him and other factors. For example if you live in an area that is a reasonably remote backwater where the population isn't that keen on foreigners then odds are guys wouldn't bother with your woman moreso if she is not looking like an absolute model.

It can vary depending on what you do and the girl, I agree that it can be more risky the lower social status you are and the higher attractiveness the girl is. But some people can play the game better others less so, some guys can play the game well but just put their foot in it once and make an error that loses them their girl. Some girls liked masculine guys that are good with their hands, other girls prefer more executive guys who will keep clean, etc. Some guys are pretty looking but prickly and will scare if many men apart from one who doesn't mind, etc. So I would say social class is never a bar to entry but it can heighten the risks possibly depending on how you play the game and the cards you get dealt to you in the FSW dating game.
